What to expect for in-person appointments?

  • Make sure your initial paperwork has been filled out online ahead of time, and that your appointment has been confirmed.
  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow for areas that need to be treated to be easily accessed.
  • For facial acupuncture, micro needling, micro current or other modalities for the face, try to come in with a clean face or be prepared to wash your face at the clinic.
  • Please come well hydrated to your appointment and avoid alcohol and too much caffeine before your session.
  • A light snack or meal prior to your treatment is recommended.
  • Use the restroom just prior to your treatment.
  • Be prepared to discuss your medical/wellness concerns and to give an updated list of medications and supplements.
  • Be consistent with your treatment plan to achieve optimal results.
  • Referrals may be suggested on a case by case basis. We have an amazing group of professionals in our community who can work as a team to help you reach your wellness goals.

  • Some post care products/supplements/herbs will be sold on site and others will be recommended via on an online portal.
  • Twenty-four hours is requested for cancelling appointments unless it is an emergency case. A late cancellation fee will apply to non-emergency situations as well as no-shows.
  • A credit or debit card is the preferred form of payment. A superbill may be given on a case-by-case basis to have your insurance reimburse you, if applicable; otherwise, insurance is not accepted.
